Maintenance of the functioning of accounting and product systems in terms of resolving issues related to the operation of purchased or developed software;
Maintenance of the functioning of remote banking systems (client-banking, Internet-banking) in terms of resolving issues related to installation, version update and operation;
Sending updates to RBS clients;
Parameterization and configuration of the Cash-In software, payment terminals, as well as related interaction systems;
Solving user problems in working with software and RBS – user support in the process of ITIL incident management;
Interaction with contractors on software maintenance issues;
Identification of problems and errors in software and RBS, organization of their correction by a third-party developer or other structural unit of the company.
